How to place an order and get the peoducts? a. Inquiry---The more information you provide, the more suitable product we can provide for you! Please provide the specification as detailed as possible and kindly inform us the quantity. b. Quotation---Official quotation sheet will be sent to you with detailed information for the product on it. c. Printing file---PDF or Ai Format. The picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi. d. Mould making---Mould will be finished in 1-2 months after the payment of mould fee. Mould fee need to be paid in full amount. e. Sample confirmation---Sample will be sent out in 10 days after the mould is ready. f. Payment terms---T/T 30% in advanced, balanced against copy of Bill of Lading. g. Production---Mass production,shipping marks are needed after production. h. Shipping---By sea, air or courier. 3. Can we make customized products that the market has never seen?
